How do I order?

Can someone else order for me?
Yes. A family member or your group leader can order for you. Just give us the correct hotel and room number.
Do you take orders late at night?
Our hours are [Open 24/7 or 7am–2am daily]. You can send a WhatsApp message any time and we will reply as soon as we are available.

Pickup & Delivery
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. For any hotel or home around Masjid al-Haram and the nearby areas we serve, pickup and delivery are free.
Can you collect from my hotel reception?
Yes. Leave your bag at reception with your name and room number.
Do you collect from homes, not just hotels?
Yes. We offer free pickup and delivery for residential homes and apartments around the Haram too, whether it is a one-off bag or regular weekly laundry.
What if I’m not in my room at delivery?
We leave your sealed, labelled bag at reception with your name and room number.
How fast will I get my clothes back?
Standard return is within 24 hours. Same-day service is available for orders received early.

Pricing
How much does laundry cost?
Laundry is 15 SAR per kg for wash, dry and fold, and we confirm the weight and total on WhatsApp before washing. Washing and ironing individual items is priced per piece; see our rates page.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Families, Umrah groups and partner hotels can get special rates. Ask us on WhatsApp.

Do you wash ihram and white thobes?
Yes. White garments are washed separately to keep them bright and clean. Our guide to keeping a thobe white explains how.
Is my laundry washed separately?
Yes. Every order is washed on its own, never mixed with other customers’ clothes.
Do you wash bedding and towels?
Yes. We wash towels, bed sheets and blankets. Send us a photo for large items.
What if an item is missing or damaged?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will check and resolve it.
