How Our Laundry Pickup Works: 4 Simple Steps
Here is how our laundry pickup works in Makkah, from one WhatsApp message to clean, folded clothes back at your hotel.

1. Message or Call
Send us your hotel name and room number, or your home address, on WhatsApp, or call us. Tell us if you need same-day service or have a checkout time we should plan around.
2. We Pick Up
Our rider collects your bag from your room, the lobby or the reception desk. Pickup is free around the Haram and in all nearby areas.
3. Weigh, Wash, Dry & Fold
We weigh your laundry and send you a photo of the scale with the total on WhatsApp, at 15 SAR/kg (see our rates). Once you confirm, we wash in separate loads, dry gently and fold neatly.
4. Delivered Back Fresh
Your clothes come back folded in a sealed bag labelled with your name and room, delivered to your room or reception.

What to Prepare Before Laundry Pickup
- Put all your clothes in one bag.
- Write your name and room number on a piece of paper and put it in the bag.
- Tell us your checkout date and time.
- Mention any special items, such as ihram, delicate abayas or stains.
