Message us and we will tell you straight away.
What if my area is not listed?
Send us your hotel name on WhatsApp. If you are just outside our service area we will tell you honestly whether we can still help and if any charge applies.
Can I choose a pickup time?
Yes. Tell us when suits you, for example after Fajr or between prayers, and we will plan the pickup around it.
Do I need to be in my room for delivery?
No. We can leave your sealed, labelled bag at reception.
